- A maximum of 6 visits per day is allowed, strictly against the passes issued to relatives.
- Children below 12 years are not permitted as visitors inside the hospital.
Discharge Process
- Our discharge process commences at 1:00 PM every day.
- To ensure a smooth and timely discharge, patients and relatives are requested to kindly note the following: MediClaim / Insurance Discharges
- Insurance-related discharges typically require additional verification and approvals, which may take longer than routine discharges.
- The MediClaim Department functions from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Since many insurance companies do not process approvals in the evening, delays may occur for cases initiated late in the day.
- Medical patients are advised to initiate discharge during morning hours whenever possible. This helps in faster coordination with doctors, billing, and insurance teams, ensuring a smoother discharge experience.
- General Flow: Once the treating doctor advises discharge, the ward team will initiate:
- Preparation of the discharge summary
- Billing and final clearance
- Medication adjustments (if applicable)
- Discharge instructions and counselling
- Our staff will guide you through each step to provide a seamless and hassle-free discharge process.
