Patients’ Responsibilities
- Be on time for appointments and inform hospital staff if you cannot keep your appointment.
- Provide complete and correct information to your Doctor, participate in decision making process.
- To follow the treatment plan recommended by your treating doctor.
- Read all medical forms and consents thoroughly prior to signing.
- Respect the autonomy of doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals and treat them with respect.
- Follow the rules and regulations of Cardinal Gracias Memorial Hospital.
- Show authentic documents that are asked by hospital staff during your admission and hospital stay.
- Safety of your valuables is at your own risk.
- Violence, racial, sexual or verbal abuse is completely unacceptable.
- Any form of physical assault to any staff, fellow patient or visitor for any reason is not acceptable.
- Visitors are allowed only during visiting hours against visitors pass.
- Pay your dues timely as per the hospital policy and be in touch with the concerned department for more details /queries.
